Medical
World Pulse Festival policy is that no coolers or backpacks and no food or drink are allowed onto the festival grounds or parking areas. For those people with a medical condition that requires them to have special food or drink throughout the day, we do offer the option of submitting a request for a cooler tag. The tag is placed on your personal size cooler (16 quarts or smaller) and allows you to bring the cooler inside of the gates. Your request for the tag can be submitted through our Contact Us form. You must have your request submitted two (2) weeks prior to the event date. All requests submitted after this date cannot be processed and you will not be able to receive a tag. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is due to the festival not having a Will Call gate, and not being able to get you the tag in time for you to use it. So please plan ahead, and submit your request as soon as possible. Allow two weeks for your request to be processed.
The festival also provides handicap parking, seating, and bathroom facilities.
Handicap parking is located directly on the festival property and can be accessed from Ironwood Road. To be eligible to park in the handicap area, all you need is your state licensed handicap tag. Prices for handicap parking are the same as general parking: $20 for cars, mini-vans, suvs; $30 for ten passenger vans. No buses are allowed in the handicap parking area. Entrance to the festival grounds is just across the front of the station property and has an easy access entrance for handicap individuals.
Handicap seating is located in an easy access location just by the info tent and at the edge of the paved area. The majority of the festival is grass. Thus the handicap seating area is in the best possible location for convenience.
Handicap restrooms are located in both restroom areas and are clearly marked.
There are two first aid tents on the grounds. Both EMT's and paramedics are in the tent's to help take care of any medical needs that might arise during the festival.
